Your workspace is home for everything you build in EasyMate. Here’s a quick tour of the main areas.

Solutions

Each AI capability you set up is a solution, for example a Sales Assistant or Leads Portal. Solutions appear as cards in your workspace and move through a few stages:

Not startedThe solution exists in your workspace but you haven’t configured it yet.
Setting upYou’re partway through the setup steps.
Ready to launchSetup is complete, but the solution isn’t live yet.
LaunchedThe solution is live and working.

Agents

Inside a solution, the part your customers actually chat with is an agent. An agent has a name, a personality, the knowledge you’ve given it, and rules for how it behaves. When you deploy a chatbot to your website, you’re deploying one of your agents.

Knowledge

Your assistants answer using the knowledge you provide:
  • Websites, pages from your own site.
  • Documents, files you upload (handbooks, brochures, FAQs).
  • Shared content that other solutions in your workspace have already created.
Adding good knowledge is the single biggest lever on answer quality.

Launching

When a solution is ready, you launch it. Where it goes depends on the solution:
  • Your Sales Assistant goes live on your own website as a chat widget.
  • Your Leads Portal opens as an app your team signs into.
