Signing in

Go to your EasyMate sign-in page, enter your Email and Password, and click Sign in. You can also use Continue with Google to sign in with a Google account. If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot password on the sign-in page and then Send me a link. EasyMate emails you a magic link that signs you straight into your account. Open the email and click the link.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a minute or two, check your spam folder. You can also click Resend Magic Link to send it again.

Changing your password

When you’re signed in, you can set a new password from your profile. Open the account menu (your avatar, top right), go to My Profile, and use the change password link to open the Change password screen.

Updating your profile

Your profile holds your name and contact details. From My Profile, click Edit profile to update them, then save.

Signing out

Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Sign Out.
